SHIPPING + RETURNS

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped domestically via USPS or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Please note that due to the volume of Holiday orders (November-December), packages are generally dispatched 5 days after receipt of payment.  Please allow adequate time for shipping. If you prefer expedited delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us for this shipping method.  International orders are shipped UPS, and international shipping rates apply.  

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect your objects.

Packages and boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will happily accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund on unworn merchandise. Items will be inspected upon return.  Returns received after 14 days will receive a store credit.  To process any returns or exchanges, you must have a RA number.  To receive your RA number, please email us at info@tutumoi.com with 1) your order number, and 2) your reason for return.  If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please include the requested size in your email.  ALL SALES MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE.
