What is your shipping method?
UPS is our carrier. You will be able to choose from 3 different shipping options, UPS ground, UPS next day air, or UPS Second day air.
How long will it take to make my order?
Remember that each tutu is custom made and it will take about 2 weeks for you to receive your order. In case that you need your tutu set sooner, just contact us so we may make arrangements to rush your order. Depending on our time frame we will work with you to make this a reality. A rush fee may be applied.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal.
How do I clean my Tutu?
We recommend spot cleaning or dry cleaning. If your tutu is wrinkled just wearing it, in most cases, will get rid of the wrinkles. If it needs more attention gently shake it and poof out each layer to regain the desired shape.
What is our Return Policy?
Since our tutus are custom made, no refund will be given for any item after it has been shipped unless it is defective upon arrival. We will need to be notified within 48 hours of your receipt of the defective item(s). Please pay close attention to the sizing chart below to insure that you are ordering the correct size. Because of the delicate nature of these garments no warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear. If there is an error in order fulfillment we will gladly replace or exchange.
Can I customize a tutu?
Absolutely. That is what we do. Please contact us directly at orders@tutumoi.com and we can go over details and allow you to make the tutu of your desire a reality.
Can I choose a length?
Yes. Provide details to orders@tutumoi.com specifying changes to be made PRIOR to placing your order. View our Size Chart for more detail.
Do you make tutus for mommies?
You better believe it. Please contact us at orders@tutumoi.com and we can discuss details. It would be so much fun to match your little one.
Do we custom make headpieces?
Certainly. Simply contact us at orders@tutumoi.com. Give a detailed description of your order and tutumoi will try to accomodate your request to the best of our abilities.

How many layers of tulle does my tutu have?
Sizes newborn-to 4t has 12 layers of tulle. Sizes 5t and up has 16 layers of tulle.
